We visit weaving regions across India—Rajasthan, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu—and inspect finished textiles for quality before consolidation.
Consolidated freight
Orders are grouped and shipped together from India by sea freight, reducing costs and environmental impact.
Customs clearance
We handle all import documentation and work through Korean customs to ensure smooth entry into the country.
Final delivery
Goods arrive at your store, warehouse, or specified location ready for display and sale.
Quality checks and returns
Textiles are inspected thoroughly before they leave India. If goods arrive damaged, discoloured, or different from what was ordered, we want to know.
Please report any issues through the contact form as soon as you receive your shipment. Include photos if possible. We'll review the situation and work toward a resolution—whether that's a replacement, credit, or return arrangement.
